Does redirecting rainwater to bodies of water outside the project site count as low-impact development (LID)/green infrastructure (GI) practices?

Does anyone know if there is a deadline for hiring the CxA in the v4 credit? I know I'd recommend no later than DD, as that but am unclear if v4 has a hard deadline.

Has anyone been able to access updated v4.1 credit calculators? Is there any guidance on using new calculators versus v4 calcs at this point?

Our project team has implemented the Integrative Process for a project that was initially registered under LEED v4 O+M but during the course of the project was converted to LEED v4.1 O+M.
