Parking spaces under tree canopy can be counted under the Option 2: Parking under cover

Dear LEED Experts,

Our parking spaces consist of two parts: one park is under a roof structure and the other is open area and covered under big tree canopy.

If Im look for Recycled content, post and pre consumer and all i can find is the total recycled content for the material, would that fall under Post consumer or Pre consumer
