Continuous flush out?

NC-2009 IEQc3.2:Construction IAQ Management Plan—Before Occupancy

For Option 1 Path 2, can there be a time gap between when the pre occupancy ends and post-occupancy flush out begins? Or does one have to immediately follow the other?

A recently certified EBOM project will likely need to be recertified under LEED v4. How are they going to treat changes and or new credits during the performance period.

Under "Complex Occupancy", it states to upload "PIf3-1" to calculate FTE. Is this a spreadsheet that we create or is there on on-line form?

We registered a block project; the Campus boundary includes land scape, existing non-LEED buildings and two LEED certification candidate buildings.

We are planning to donate offsite land to a land trust to gain earn this credit. This land will be equal to more than 75% of the previously developed area (including the building footprint).

The credit language mentions that the project team can include the FSC certified wood used for temporary purposes such as framing, scaffolding, etc. in the calculation.

Hello I'm working in a energy simulation of a medical clinic, where it is possible to make some types of exams and diagnoses, but it doesn't have spaces like intensive care or surgical areas.
