If the excavation work is finished

Hi there, If the excavation work is finsished for a core and shell office building, with multi-tenants area. the developer wont be responsible for the interior fit-outs of the tenant areas. Could we still be able to pursue the core and shell certificate? I am worried about the pollution and sedimentation plan procedures. Thank you

Maybe... It depends on whether you did any of the erosion and sedimentation control measures during excavation, and if you can show any photos taken during excavation to show them being used. You might want to check the SSp1 forum as well.
