Credits from other Rating Systems

In V3, USGBC had a list of credits from other rating systems that could be innovation credits. For instance EBOM Green Cleaning. Does a list exist for V4.

Our project is registered under LEED 2009, and my Reference Guide doesn't show Option 3. Is the Option 3 new? Is it for exemplary credit only?
