We have a project in Colombia South America 180 single-family homes, 1-floor design, to be built in 5 phases. 

Has anyone had any luck documenting showers available outside of their boundary, like in a campus environment? Our project is an academic classroom building in the middle of a university campus.

The perimeter light levels are driven by the surrounding light sources such as street lights and adjoining building lights.  Do I need to make note of these factors in the credit form?

I've not submitted an O+M project before and was looking for a sample preventative maintenance plan to get an idea of the level of detail the reviewer is looking for.
