PI form 2 vs Energy Simulation Floor Area

We have a conflict between the LEED floor area which clearly excludes underground parking (in our case) and the area of the energy simulation.

Our client’s CS-project has been denied EAc5.2 because we haven’t provided separate sub-metering of tenant lighting and plug loads.

We registered a project in 2009 as a single building prior to the publications of campus/multi-building application guide even through it is three buildings.

Hello, we have project with facade consisting of horizontal lamellas and glazing between them - like steps. The glazing is almost from a floor to ceilings.

Hello! We have a project with a 36,000 sq ft GFA and will use HVAC Variable Refrigerant Flow System. For the energy simulation we used equest software.
