LEED Forms not Calculating correctly.

Schools-2009 EAp2:Minimum Energy Performance

I'm not sure if this belongs here or in EC1. This is for a LEED-S 2009 renovation project with an addition. We have updated our energy model input based on the initial design review comments.

Low emitting materials for Schools 2009

We have documented 4.1, 4.2, 4.3 and 4.6 by alternative compliance using NC 2009 rules. At the bottom of the form it only shows that I have documented 1 point. Any ideas?

Precertification Final Decision

We received our Precertification Final Decision for our Core and Shell building. LEED online indicates I can accept or appeal the final decision.

Hello Marcus, Can we consider the savings from renewable energy (solar pv) in the energy simulation? We do not have the minimum 10% without renewable energy. KC

This should result in a better LEED experience. I also wonder who is answering these emails though and what the communication is between the person answering and the LEED reviewers.
