We are working in a CS project without any densely occupied spaces.
The project contains VRF units to condition spaces and one fan supplies outdoor air to these units. A BMS is also installed.
The reviewer asks us to "provide a revised narrative to include information regarding the HVAC system's capability to accommodate CO2 sensors in the future so that tenants have the ability to integrate sensors with the central BAS or DDC system during tenant fit-out..."
Does that mean the HVAC system needs to modulate depends on the CO2 levels, or mean the BMS has to be able to accommodate CO2 sensors and sound an alarm?
According to the reference guide it is not necessary that the CO2 sensors are integrated with the BMS to control the HVAC system, but to sound an alarm to the BMS operator or space occupants.
Thanks in advance.

Hi:-)
I can see that nobody could help you. Can you tell, for future reference how did you solve that issue?

In our narrative we explained that the BMS could accomodate CO2 sensors, depending on the needs of the tenats, and sound an alarm for the BMS operator.
It was accepted.
