Using historic data

EBOM-2009 EAp2:Minimum Energy Efficiency Performance

What are the requirements to comply with this prerequisite if using historic data? How much (percentage) lower than the historic average must my current EUI be?

We are optimizing a 4 storey residential building for certification under LEED EBOM (it is currently under construction) . Most residential units will have to allow smoking .

One of our clients is planning to use a tackable fabric tile composed of NAUF MDF, fiberboard (fiberglass with a urea formaldehdye resin), UF-free adhesive and fabric. The tile is like a sandwich.

As a Flooring contractor, I get many customers that request we submit LEED information many different ways. A couple have asked that I break out the qty and total material cost for adhesives.
