Is there a minimum number of fixtures that a project is required to get the 6 points for this credit.
materials not used in the original construction are verified in the re-evaluation of the certification?

I would like to know if Unused Materials, when purchased by the company along with the LEED guidelines, can cause owners to lose certification during the renewal evaluation of the certificate?

For this option, all densely occupied spaces have to have CO2 monitoring that is tied into the central BAS. Is there an exception for spaces that are served with 100% outside air?
