Anyone know of tools/methodologies for estimating embodied carbon and carbon sequestration potential of individual green infrastructure projects (e.g. bioswale along bikeway)?

Does LEED v4.1 allow the use of fly ash in concrete mixes?

I would like to know if small combustible material can be counted as "Recycable" if the waste is transportet to a Power plant that burn the waste and turn it into power?

Can a building reusing existing steel structure claim the material (or any other existing materials to remain) as contributing to the calculations for waste being diverted away from landfill?

USGBC's IEQ v2009 Space Matrix indicates that Guestrooms (in their entirety) should be considered Regularly Occupied.
