Has anyone been successful in achieving this credit using photos as documentation to demonstrate view type compliance?

I just received a review that did not award MRc5, because the Regional Material cost added up to 9.99%, not "the minimum of 10% required for one point."

We would like to add the architects JUST certification for an innovation point, but it requires us to open to update.

NC v4.1 talks about offsetting a percentage of greenhouse gas emissions.  How are GHG's calculated?

I am wondering if anyone has any thoughts on how/if energy savings could be demonstrated for a Utility-Owned Electric Power Plant (just the plant itself).
