We have a project that we are thinking about applying the new legal wood alternative path.

Are there any post criteria or definitions of what constitutes a Bus Rapid Station or Terminal?

My understanding of this credit, is that at a minimum there needs to be a water meter installed to monitor the entire building. It is not required to provide submetering.

Tenant Guidelines are a credit under Core and Shell, but are required under MPR if you have a tenant space in a New Construction project.
