Water Meter

My understanding of this credit, is that at a minimum there needs to be a water meter installed to monitor the entire building. It is not required to provide submetering.

NC Tenant Guideline Requirement

Tenant Guidelines are a credit under Core and Shell, but are required under MPR if you have a tenant space in a New Construction project.
