LFS 2009 rating system - Our Owner on the project received a quote from a renewable energy provider that stated we could get three points total if we purchased 100% of the energy from renewable sources. Is this accurate? From what I read in the reference guide and looking at the credit template online, it appears you get 1 point for 35%, and also get one additional point for exemplary performance if you purchase 70%. Nowhere have I read about obtaining a third point, and I don't believe you can receive two exemplary performance points for the same LEED credit, correct? Thanks for any assistance.

100% would earn three points but so would 70%. Green Power is worth 2 points in LFS 2009 at 35%. Exemplary performance is earned at 70% so a total of three points is possible.
You are correct that you cannot earn more than one point per credit for exemplary performance.
