How often does the Owner need to report the Utility data if using the Energy Star Portfolio Manager to comply with MRP6? The form says on a 'regular basis', but does this mean monthly?

Monthly is ideal. Otherwise I think quarterly or semi-annually would also be acceptable. The shorter the interval between entering data, the better.
