CI-2009 PIf1:Minimum Program Requirements

I am working on a CI project that is within a LEED Platinum building. The base building did not install tenant submetering. It does, however share whole building energy use data with the USGBC.

This credit form asks for 3 dates; earliest date of manufacture, latest date of manufacture, and test date or certification start date.

The Reference Guide provide list of basic services categories, how many services of each category can be counted? (ex. can we count 2 worship palces, 2 gyms, 2 hospitals...

case 1 option 2 - "critical values"

page 95 of the LEED manual (description of case 1 - option 2) states that post development runoff rate and quantity must be below "critical values" for the relevant receiving waterways.
