We are working on a community building with a commisarry kitchen program. Our kitchen consultant cannot find a combi oven, that is accessible that meets the LEED requirements.

Table 5 in the Low-emitting materials credit reference guide identifies a category of "Ceilings, walls, thermal, and acoustic insulation. Does that mean:

I like the overall structure of this credit, it's a good balance of flexibility and rigor. Looking for some clarifications on the specifics:
