The owner is signing off on the fact that a plan for corrective action WILL BE developed, but it does not clarify who develops it, nor does the plan of corrective action need to be uploaded.

Does anybody know what is the VOC content for grout? By grout I mean the "paste" that goes betwenn two ceramic tiles, like the one in a restroom.

We are working on a building which is 14% core-and-shell. The rest is being finished by the developer and leased out. We are registering under BD&C New Construction.

I want to raise the question again about underground garages and IEQc5. The credit clearly says that the exhaust rate should be 0.5 CFM/sf, I understand that.
