Following on from my previous query - Is it common practice to upload (or a portion of) contractor statements to accompany the product cutsheets. i.e.

The owner is signing off on the fact that a plan for corrective action WILL BE developed, but it does not clarify who develops it, nor does the plan of corrective action need to be uploaded.
