Are roofing materials part of this credit? Do I need to take into consideration the VOC Content of the TPO Bonding Ahesive, TPO Cut Edge Sealant, TPO Primer and the TPO Seam Cleaner?

Our Project is a Campus Project with 4 registered buildings for LEED. The ground cover landscape didn't not meet the SS C5.1 requirement. So we opted for Roof Garden on one of the buildings.
