NC-2009 IEQc4.1: Low-Emitting Materials—Adhesives and Sealants
Are roofing materials part of this credit? Do I need to take into consideration the VOC Content of the TPO Bonding Ahesive, TPO Cut Edge Sealant, TPO Primer and the TPO Seam Cleaner?

No, sealants, adhesives and primers that are considered part of the air barrier for the building can be excluded from the requirements of credit IEQc4.1 - Low-emitting materials: Adhesives and Sealants
