Just want to make sure its OK to use the v4.1 version of renewable energy credit with a v4.0 project that is using the v4.0 version  of EAc2 Energy Performance. 

This is not the first time we have pursued this credit.  We ended up doing new materials/products for this project compared to others.

Nowadays, many local energy codes are exceeding LEED's ASHRAE 90.1-2010 Baseline.  Has anybody successfully claimed energy savings for unfinished tenant spaces based on local code?

Are the total points distribution up to us for IWUR, OWUR and Cooling T.?
