In-Patient Rooms Exempt from SSc8?

Could in-patient rooms in a hospital be excluded from the interior lighting portion of SSc8?

0.2 FC at LEED Site Boundary if adjacent to Ambulance Drop-off?

If Ambulance Drop-off is best served adjacent to LEED site boundary, achieving 0.2 FC at curb line would compromise emergency functions. Should we abandon the credit or is an exception possible...

Exterior lighting power densities shall not exceed those specified in ANSI/ASHRAE/IESNA Standard 90.1-2007 with Addenda 1.
what do we mean by Addenda1.

In the LEED-NC credit form for SSc8, there is a box that exempts hospitals from the interior lighting requirement. This exception is not listed in the Green Building Design and Construction...
