the credit says: Exterior lighting power densities shall not exceed those specified in ANSI/ASHRAE/IESNA Standard 90.1-2007 with Addenda 1. what do we mean by Addenda1. AND Lighting controls for all exterior lighting shall comply with section 9.4.1.3 of ANSI/ASHRAE/IESNA Standard 90.1- 2007, without amendments. Does it mean that we cannot use the latest codes like ASHRAE 90.1 2010, only 2007 ASHRAE section 9.4.1.3? Thanks.
