Do the projects under core and shell have to providde dedicated exhasut systems for tenant print or copy rooms?

Our project is in NYC and pretty much on zero-lot line property with very little open space.

Hello, We just got our review back for a new construction of an office building. For this credit we had a comment from the reviewer, that we have never encounter before.

We have a NCv2.2 certified building that is now constructing an addition. This addition was planned years ago and was registered as an NCv2.2 project but was then put on hold.

We have a project that is moving into a building that has been certified under LEED for Homes Mid-Rise. Can the project still pursue option 1?
