Has any one worked on LEED project that includes increased ventilation credit AND the project has an pressurization-based ventilation rate? What should I do with the baseline model?

I saw on LEEDuser v4 NC LTc7 that Fire Stations could be "General Light Industrial" (1.85/1000 sf), but is it far fetched to consider "Other Public Assembly" (0.25*permitted capacity) if the commun

Should we track quantity and costs for profiles and caps/wall base moldings ?

I am wondering if edging profiles (like Schluter systems let's say) as well as wall base caps and moldings (like Tarkett finishing accessories) need to be tracked for the Flooring Category.

Table 6.4 of ASHRAE 60.1-2010 Note C states that for parking garages exhaust not required if two or more sides comprise walls that are at least 50% open to the outside.
