LCA on existing building

NC-v4 MRc1:Building life-cycle impact reduction

The LEED reference guide for this credit states that the LCA option can only be used on new buildings or extensions to existing buildings.

My project is interested in installing turf grass indoors. The product reads like flooring with treated yarns, solid backing, pile heights, etc.

Does the credit language of 1 seat per 200 feet refer to seating in shade or indirect sunlight? Or is this portion of the language in reference to seating in the total area of respite?

Is 4,300 = 4,500?

Has anybody else noticed the LEED submission form for IEQc3.2 converts 14,000 cf/sf to 4,500m3/m2.
