Hi,
My project in HK is currently a multi-floor car park building for decades. Project Team suspects that soil contamination is highly likely, however it’s not listed in any local authorities’ registry as such.
We are facing a dilemma that local authorities would not take our project into their listing, nor would entertain any documentation/report after compliance remediation works if we made it happen.
Could we still have slight chance to be awarded with the credit points if we executed the remediation works in full compliance to set guidelines by local authorities, without any approval paperwork from them?
Thank you very much.
Antony
