1. Does farmland fall under case 1 or 2?

2. Case 1 requires to limit site disturbance. Does it mean that materials storage and all construction facilities have to be within these limits?...

I have a building with 3 foot overhangs around it. When calculating the "footprint of project building" under "project summery details", do i include these overhangs as a part of the building...
