I am working on a project at a research university. We are seeking to obtain certification for a building on campus that consists of research, classroom, and office spaces.

Does anyone out there know what the following comment pertains to: Provide additional information (Mech-5C report) to verify that the Proposed Case Carrier units have been modeled at a 50% minimum

Do the refrigeration system such as walk-in coolers or refrigeration cases must be detailed modeled in the simulation program (E+)? or is it possible consider them as a process loads?

Is there an M+V plan template for this credit? There is a template for the M+V 5.1 credit. Thanks, Melissa

Our project has got some retail on the ground floor of an office building that the design team does not want to include in the LEED assessment.
