We have two buildings to be certified; one new and one existing. What are the requirements for these to be evaluated as one building for the LEED certifications? HVAC chillers etc.

I noticed that USGBC has released AGBMC v2, as of Oct 28, 2011. Is this new document in lieu of the long awaited AGBMC Part 2?

Possible Change from Existing Single Bldg to Multi/Campus

A bit of a twist from most of the queries above, this deals with a single building already registered as such (NC) but which is on a multi-building campus of existing buildings.
