Another question on a similar note: when documenting the toilets/urinals, is it the bowl (i.e. American Standard) or the flush valve (i.e. Sloan) that requires attention?

I'd like to have a clear understanding of which specialty will be considered 'most' appropriate for any given project. Can a LEED AP+BD&C 'count' for a project pursuing LEED CI certification?

In the Water Metering prerequisite it says: "If reclaimed water is used for any water credit, that reclaimed water component must be provided with a meter (regardless of rate).
