Another question on a similar

Another question on a similar note: when documenting the toilets/urinals, is it the bowl (i.e. American Standard) or the flush valve (i.e. Sloan) that requires attention? It seems like the flush valve, which controls the flow, would be of most concern.

It would be the flush valve as you know that you could have an older toilet/urinal with new flush valves. I would just make a note of it for record purposes. Especially if you are pursuing WEc2
