Pinky, if you're talking about LEED-NC v2.2, this is not a question of maintaining your certification. Once awarded, only the LEED-EBOM certifiation needs to be maintained.

Maria, Since there can be different people reviewing different credits, the overview documents are there to give all reviewers a clear idea of your whole project.

I have a lot of trouble with that prerequisite. Our project is in Canada and there is water everywhere here!!! First, we have a little water body in border of the road near our project.

If your normal process was to generate letter size documents for the project, then I don't see why GBCI would need to have them changed to another format. Legibility and usability will be the key
