I cannot find the definition of parking area nor is it apparent why GBCI wants this data.

Are LEED rules being followed? These changes since v2009 was issued sure don't feel like errors and corrections. It just feels like LEED is now treated as a living document.

I am curious about the dos and don'ts of defining a project boundary for our whole bulding LEED NC v3 project.
