I cannot find the definition of parking area nor is it apparent why GBCI wants this data.

Are LEED rules being followed? These changes since v2009 was issued sure don't feel like errors and corrections. It just feels like LEED is now treated as a living document.

Great job pointing out the questionable issues in the article Nadav! Perhaps I tend to hone in on these issues but one of the big takeaways for me was related to the performance issues raised.

Currently, the proposal is to have a very long uptake period for V4: June 2013 for the ballot and end-of-2013/early-2014 for the launch.
