My town is proposing to install lighting along a partially wooded Rails-to-Trails path. Looking for specific recommendations for adequate lighting using bollards or something similar.

Do they count as a "wall?" The product will be mostly assembled off-site, but that doesn't necessarily mean it doesn't emit. Seems like a grey area though.

If all C&D debris was taken to a transfer station that does not use ADC because it is not a landfill, are we in compliance if they divert the necessary percentage of waste?

Values for Option 01 Calculation

We are trying to perform the calculation per the online credit form and are not able to access the ks, kd, and kmc values, which are supposed to be in the LEED v 2009 Reference Guide.
