My project is using a pre-fabicated panel (walls and ceilings) inclusive of doors, windows and ceiling grid lights. All of these components are part of the panel design.

Is it possible to meet the Prerequisite and Credit with onsite renewable energy under V4.1 ? 

 We would like to use a non default lavatory faucet duration of 15 seconds instead of the 30 seconds.
