Hi all - posting a bit of feedback on this Pilot Credit. Our team found the credit fairly straightforward to document and achieve. We developed a narrative that responded to each requirement (#1a, #1b, etc) and provided a copy of the MERV filter spec sheet and Current Facility Requirements and O&M Plan. I think the main takeaway from our experience is that the Pilot Credit is useful for compiling and communicating practices, but may not be a big driver for implementing operational adjustments or new strategies.

We has a simliar experience documenting this credit. One way to help encourage operation change is the verification of the ventilation requirements through ASHRAE 62.1. Our project was originally certified about 5 years ago and this could help others to verify ventilation rates for air quality, especially in a post-pandemic era.
