Existing classrooms on an addition

We have a project that is an addition to an existing school. The existing classrooms are included in the LEED boundary, but they have only had minor updates of mechanical systems.

Warehouse - Heating Only

There has been much talk that warehouses with heating-only (no cooling) must still model a cooling system in the baseline and proposed case, since the space is defined as conditioned.

How to account for telecommuters

This might not be the most appropriate credit category to ask this question but it does affect the calculations for this credit. Our project has 21 full time telecommuters.

We have an office project (LEED CI 2.0) in an exsitng small building about 3500 s.f. The building is served by one existing central system that provides OA to the space.

If my bay depth to core is deeper than 2 times the height of the window, is the area beyond 2H still part of the floor area calculation?

Error Message when trying to select Complete

I get the following message when I try to click "Complete" for the credit: "...Form shows that documentation requirements have not been met..." I checked and rechecked and verified that all the doc
