Does anyone have a good resource for locting reference ET rates for all regions in US?

I am having significant problems with the LEED LCA score calculator. I am doing 6 buildings of 1-4 stories, and they are all getting similar scores, in the 134-147 point range.

We're curious if the review teams have changed approach with this.

We have a refueling station on our campus from a previous LEED project. It's about 1/4 mile from the new building and there's a walking path between the two parking areas.

According to MPR 2, buildings should be constructed on already existing land. On the supplemental guide it states that cantilevered buildings over water, highways, etc, are acceptable.

There are currently a couple of different EQc8 calculator spreadsheets posted on the LEED Online Credit Resource page.

I see from the description that Pilot Credits can be achieved only as an ID credit, which leads me to ask: Does that mean that we could get the regular LEED 2009 SSc8 credit, and also this one?

Has anyone ever used an Alternative Compliance Path to earn SSc5.1?

Will capturing all rainwater and keep it in a tank for future uses such as cooling towers and irrigation? Our project will not infiltrate it but reuse it instead.
