"90% Minimum of building occupants"

The requirement reads " Provide individual lighting controls for 90% (minimum) of the building occupants..." Is this based on the FTE? Or does it mean 90% of the individual workspaces?

Our client is building a Retail center for a large grocer with small satellite retail spaces. The balance of the building is simply a parking garage with an enclosed and tempered elevator lobby.

Almost all the spaces in our building is mechanically ventilated, except the entrance lobby which receives outside air through revolving doors. The revolving door opening area and the 8 m.

Hello, The guidance is not really clear on what to put in the baseline case. It only says that we need to specify typical landscaping practices.

I can't use the Supplemental Spreadsheet. I believe it might be because its not designed to be very compliant with Mac software, though this is a guess.

LEED CI in a LEED CS building - WE

We are going for LEED CI v2009 in a LEED CS v2009 building. Both are in design. Our client (LEED CI) will be in more than 75% of the building.

ID Kiosk
