We have a project which has a big " function" area . this particular area is for employees to hang out + meet up with customers + briefing area (with a formal meeting table, projectors).

The Bird's Eye above states only fixtures within the project 'SCOPE' which would mean that a project that does not include plumbing fixtures, would be exempt.
