Does the entire residential area within the 1/2 mile radius need to be 10 units per acre or more or just a selection of higher density housing choices within the 1/2 mile radius?

On my project, the subcontractors are responsible for reusing wood palettes and, if applicable, selling them back to the manufacturer. Is there a way to record this?

I'm not sure of the Baseline envelope and HVAC system to use in hospital patient rooms. For one, Section 3.2 defines "residential" as including patient rooms in hospitals.
