FTE for buildings with multiple shifts

NC-2009 WEp1:Water Use Reduction—20% Reduction

LEED NC 2009 says in p.170 "In buildings with multiple shifts, use the number of FTEs from all shifts". We have a 24hs building, with 4 shifts, some of them overlap.

Temporary irrigation – periods of drought

We would like to gain credit through option 2. Some parts of our landscape area are irrigated regularly by drip system connected to the rainwater cistern.

This building is on a boarding school campus. 100% of students live on campus and cannot keep cars there, so they have no choice but to get to the building by foot.

Hi... I read somewhere that Exemplary Performance credits should be 2 design credits and 1 construction credit... Since I can´t find this information again...

Phreatic level non potable water source

I just completed an IAQ assessment for credit 3.2. Unfortunately, the building failed with excessive levels of particles and VOCs.

LPD Calculation - Task lightings?

Our project is pursuing IEQ C6.1 (Controllability of Systems - Lightings) and therefore task lightings will be provided. Do we need to consider task lightings on LPD calculation?
