wood with recycled content

NC-2009 MRc7:Certified Wood

If the wood purchased has 20%recycled content (which will go to MR Cr4 Recycled Content), will that mean that 80% non-recycled content of the value must be reported in the MR cr 7 Certified Wood ?

Under Case 1, we got comments from the reviewer as follows: "Case 1 - Lease The LEED Credit Form has been provided stating that the project occupies 1.2% of the base building and therefore applies

When using Option D, should we wait till the end of the 1 year monitoring to obtain the credit and, therefore, the final building certification?

First, on the credit form, even tho flooring such as tile, terrazzo, stone, do not require any IAQ testing, etc., do you still need to enter them on the credit form?

Extraction/Manufacture within 500 miles

I have a letter from the supplier for Timber that it is both manufactured and extracted within 500 miles, but does not list a specific location or zip code.
