Regularly Occupied Spaces - Hotels

We are working on a multifamily building with naturally ventilated interior kitchens located next to the living/dining rooms that have operable windows.

We received the following comment from USGBC: "...The project uses natural ventilation for some bedrooms in the Proposed design and exhaust fans to induce ventilation air into the dwelling units.

Anyone else use this on a project in lieu of tradional millwork fabricated by a local shop? The reason I ask is because we are in the final stages of trying to specify DIRTT millwork for a project

If the building hosts an electronic waste recycling event that is open to the public, can the e-waste from that event count toward MRc8?
