Hello all LEED V4 ers,
LEED / USGBC have now accept International VOC / TVOC standards.
LEED accepts the French class A+ formaldehyde limit value of 10 μg/m³ done at 28 days.
The guide book states "CDPH requires compliance at 14 days; the full AgBB (or French) requirements apply at three or 28 days, which this credit does not take into account."
The question now is does LEED accept 28 day VOC tests for the other VOCs compounds? Does this mean that the French A+ class tests, done at 28 days, are accepted by USGBC?

The AgBB testing scheme is the optional referenced international standard. The 28-day 10 ug/m3 French Class A+ formaldehyde limit value is in addition to following the AgBB standard. The third party certification chart is helpful.

In the V4 guide book under "International standards" page 666 states "CDPH requires compliance at 14 days; the full AgBB requirements apply at three or 28 days, which this credit does not take into account." Thus LEED does not take into account the test duration for the VOC. However for formaldehyde the tests must be done at 28 days.
