Is tempering discharged fluid with potable water OK?

I would like to know if the discharged fluid from a sterilizer (which is a fluid, not a piece of medical equipment) can be cooled with potable water if it is done with a tempering device that runs

My reviewer for this credit (MRc5) has questioned our usage of the location of the harvesting / extraction being the same as the manufacturer for the steel products.

What are the common measures used for dust control? SWPP plans I see around here always deal with soil erosion, but dust control is commonly ignored by inspectors and on most construction sites.

Similar to the situations below. We are certifying only the 7F of a building (294 FTE) under LEED CI v2009 and according to this credit we need to provide 15 slots fro carpools.
