Electrostatic paint and VOC limits

CI-2009 IEQc4.2:Low-emitting materials - paints and coatings

Has anyone had experience using electrostatic paint for on-site application, that complies with LEED VOC limits? Should this paint be considered a spray paint or a paint for metal surfaces?

We have a project and the owner wants to include testing for mold. We had flooding in a project and two AHUs now show signs of mold.
