Occupancy for indoor/outdoor building types

We have a project that is a large outdoor amphitheater, with a roof, but an unconditioned outdoor space. It has an adjoining building for all of the back of house uses.

I have a number of products that meet floorscore, but one that meets California Section 01350 but doesn't mention floorscore. Can I mix and match option 1 and 2?
