Lease Agreement an option to comply with the credit requirements

I'm attempting to register the energy star equipment for my project under Table EAp2-4. The table asks for Rated Power in WATTS.

From where can i take rated power for equipments like laptop , i read it on laptop about 55wh then i divded it by work hours give me 6.7watt , is that right ??????

We were trying to pursue this credit by developing and implementing a M&V plan following option C from the IPMVP, but after reading some comments, it seems that this path was removed.

We are looking to install a 5000L Molok recycling bin for a LEED 2009 CS building that will be a restaurant. According to the reference guide a 11.6m recycling area would be required.
